Please contact us immediately by emailing orders@onvive.com. In your message or email, please Include your correct shipping address, the order number and your name. If you catch the mistake within 24 hours, we can usually correct it before your package is shipped, so contact us as soon as you notice the address error.
At checkout you can choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment.
To find the a product you can use the navigation menu at the top of the page (or the hamburger menu on mobile) and select a product category. You can also use the search box at the top of the any page.
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website.
After adding a product to cart, click the "Check Out" link at the bottom of the page. On the checkout page you will enter your coupon code in the "Discount Code" field.
Once your order is entered into our shipping system you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply use that tracking number at the corresponding carrier's website. You can also visit our order tracker page at onvive.com/apps/ordertracker where you can input your tracking number. You can also look up your shipment information by email/phone number and order number.
Once the giveaway promotion period has ended we send all the entries to our 3rd-party sweepstakes company who conducts a computerized random drawing. This process usually takes 2-5 business days before we receive the Winners Name. Once we receive the Winners name we announce it on our website and all of our social media channels.
